Hi every one i have2 Nintendo Switch 1 is banned and de 2nd not banned my quetion is
1st can i use emunend of banned switch on de 2nd one(not banned)
2nd question :if it's possible and got detected by Nintendo will my clean swich be banned when using emunend of banned switch

You can't transfer emunand from one Switch to other, it's not going to work

Yes, but both of them have to be modded.

They both have to be hacked in order to transfer save files especially if one is banned already.
