Hardware Nintendo switch download question

Nintendo has problems downloading games and is the same for Switch so can jailbreak? since then we do not use eShop

I have a Nintendo Switch a little but since Nintendo has problems with downloading games, I am considering getting Nintendo Switch so can jailbreak but it is not shown, if I do not download games on it with direct download on Switch without using eShop . with the help of HBG Shop other Shop.

Well you'd still need the update so you'd need to connect to Nintendo servers to download it. Or wait for someone to upload the update patch which is sketchy.

So i can't use HBG Shop without connect to Nintendo serves? What about using 90Dns?

hbg homescreen website says "Don't use with 90dns or France servers." Bc of slow speeds I guess??
EDIT: I've googled hgb and from what I found is that it "manages content" which is something I do not support in terms of piracy. You don't need external stuff to download games and updates unless it's sketchy stuff like pirating, which I do not support, I don't think i'll be able to assist with the usage of hgb and other things like it. GL

The right to backup digital/physical content which was legally obtained by officially purchasing through either the official eshop or by purchasing a physical copy through a reseller like a store or a local game shop. I support the right to modify devices that you've bought and the right to upgrade or repair your bought devices.

If you can buy it on eshop you can prob get it in store on a cart. Yeah for updates it is a hands tied game but as big Nintendo is, I'm sure they are working on what's gone wrong. My thoughts it's prob a bad cert or something they didn't adjust. You can still play games without updates if for whatever reason eshop is just down forever.

That's problem i can't play games at all, since we get errors when we try to download game after buy it.
It won't download and then we can't play it..
