Usually these sellers don't respond if they're scammers if you send a message that you didn't receive the item, so it's a cut and short case for ebay and you'll definitely get you money back. Just open a case if the seller doesn't respond. ;)

Uhhh 460 is around the price with tax. Does this guy not charge tax? If so I guess it's a bit of a deal. But still not as big of a sale as your title makes it out to be.

cmon man cant you spot a scam a mile away? the scammer is withdrawing his money from his paypal account which he created THAT DAY and will be hitting the road he'll never use that account again unless PP doesn't shut it down! don't worry you'll still get your $ back...after a while :P

    @TwoSpikedHands, I'll preface this with the fact that I know nothing about the game, but, I think it depends on what your goals are. Are you trying to make a definitive version of the game? You may want to refocus your efforts on the EU version then. Or, are you trying to make a better US version? In which case, the only way to make a better US version is to keep on plugging away at that one ;)
