RCM dongles never provide power to the Switch, the port is only to charge the RCM dongle itself.
Ah I see... He only has the tegrarcm option then.

If it won't work he either needs to try the android method or just DIY the battery replacement.

I try with my phone and tablet but nothing

Does your RCM loader not have a microUSB/USB C connector on the back? Maybe you can connect a charger in there and connect the RCM loader on your switch and hope that it feeds power while booting.

Or try tegrarcm from your PC if you can connect your switch from your PC. Although I don't think the USB port of a computer provides enough voltage to support the switch power requirements.
as mentioned before both from PC and phone any payload injected nothing happens repeats what you saw in the video😭

I wouldn't expect it to. Being plugged in makes no difference to booting, if the battery is low the console will power off and show the battery icon regardless of whether it's plugged in or not.
Can you get into Hekate? Hold Vol- as Hekate is loading to cancel autoboot. See what that says about the battery percentage. Unlike the OS itself, Hekate will happily boot even if the battery is depleted, but of course as soon as you try to boot into OFW/CFW it will check the battery.
Your issue is weird though. If the battery icon says full battery then why is the OS thinking that the battery is low when you try to boot? This is a very unusual issue. I'm not even sure it's a battery issue, it almost seems like some kind of software issue.

I think you need to look at the hardware. Begin with the battery as said before.
