Hacking Nintendo Switch and Softmodded Wiis

This might sound outrageous, but could a nintendo switch wirelessly detect softmodded wiis and ban its user´s account?

if you're concerned about it, turn off the wii connect24. you can tell if it's on by the power light when the system is shut off or rather in standby mode. the light will be orange. it can also cause the system to get ho toot, because it's not technically off. I had mine like that for years 'til I noticed the heat. with it off, the system's power light will be red.

well, I think that might be something that's overlooked. I'm thinking it's on by default, but I don't really remember since as you say it's 2020. the eshop for the wii closed in January of last year, I think. I was able to sign in sorta, but it was completely empty.
