Hardware Nintendo New 3ds LL?

Soo im buying a (NewNintendo 3DS LL) JP version brand new for 160$. I want to know can I change its jp firmware to usa or eur firmware and is there a way without bricking my 3ds??

Well, first your system needs to be on version 9.2 or older. If it's the case, you may install a CFW (following this guide: https://gbatemp.net/threads/wip-complete-custom-firmware-guide.396349/), create your emuNAND, and then change its region (with this guide: https://gbatemp.net/threads/guide-change-emunand-region.392099/). I don't think it is possible to change the region of your sysNAND (with softmodding, you can do it with hardmodding but it's really difficult and risky from what I've seen)
If your 3DS is on 9.3 or newer, you can only hope for a new kernel exploit to be released though.

You can do it with softmodding (NAND restore with GW) but unless you have a hardmod it's unsafe since you can't recover from a brick.

If the firmware being of your own region/language is important to you, then you should not get a LL, as after region changing eShop won't work so you'll have a partially working console. It's also a complicated process and it's easy to accidentally brick your 3DS. You also need a donor SecureInfo file, there are public ones available but using public ones could get you banned from online.

If you're worried about the region lock there is homebrew out for 9.9.0 and later.
