Misc Nintendo Network ID question

if I delete my Nintendo Network ID, can others create their own Nintendo Network ID? I'm thinking about too sold my Nintendo 3DS.

Yes, but you will need to format perform a factory reset.

Correct. If you plan to use your NNID with another system (WiiU, Switch) then factory reset it to unlink the ID. Otherwise, you can just delete it.

Be careful thought once that ID is gone it's along with all of the games.
