Nintendo NES PAL-MTL region unlock

Hi all

I buy one Nintendo NES Mattel version made in Italy. The problem is i didn't know that PAL games not work on Mattel PAL version. Did anyone have region unlock tutorial for this version of nintendo, i found on youtube for PAL and NTSC, but not for PAL-MTL.

Never mind i just done mod it is the same like for NTSC.
