The only thing that got me was Wii Sports Resort, which uses the attachment, which I hope will be built into the next generation of wiimotes instead of being an attachment. Pretty much disappointed with the whole Ninty conference. They got all hyped up about GTA on DS, but after GTA4 it's like meh...

The tone of this year basically seems to be "Don't make promises you can't keep" and "Give definite deadlines."

They never said anything about a new DS being announced. They only talked about what would be on the next DS; speculations.

Your probably right. But why would they show case such crappy casual games like that. Come on casual isn't watching the conference or going online and watching out for future games. They just go to the store and say "Hey is that a Mario game' ill buy it."

I think the main thing to remember about the Nintendo is that it's a presentation to the world's press, not just the world's gaming press. Nintendo are trying to get a wider appeal and that's what they were aiming for. I have little doubt that they have other tricks up their sleeve still. It is early days yet and there's still Leipzig and TGS to come in the distant future after E3 (which itself has barely gotten under way).

Considering the fuss many made in these forums a few months ago chomping at the bit to get their hands on Brawl, which doesn't have the broader appeal that the games they showed today have, which didn't get a big show and tell at E3, everybody's Nintendo is different and Nintendo do eventually try to please everyone. Just have to be patient.

What are you talking about? There is no GPS. All the info is possible via DS download play. The airport or whatever will stream the data and your DS can pick it up.

I'm glad I am buying a 360 cause I have just held out way to long and backing up Nintendo, and Bashing the 360 and PS3, but I can only take so much of this casual bull****.

Maybe GTA DS is gonna be cool and the GHT with better songs, but this press conference sucked worse than the M$ one.
Hopefully Sony has somthing up their sleeve or I am gonna be p****d and this E3 will go down in History as the absolute WORST E3 EVER.

Not to mention a annoying *** woman that spoke like a damned elementary schoolteacher on crack, the one responsible for the stupid Mario Kart Wii Commercial among other retarded.

Killzone 3? Oh wait...Fallout 3...

How about RE5? Or Gears 2 if you're into that? And not into tri-Ace RPG's? Theirs usually have a fun battle systems.

AC, WiiSpeak, Motion Plus. Those were about the only good things, but I guess a lot of people here aren't that excited/interested about AC. Hopefully Nintendo will have more before it's over. Or at least have some good titles released when the other consoles release theirs.

Nops.. IGN said they had some good sources that Nintendo would unveil a new DS redesign today using an accelerometer

Anyway, if Nintendo has some games hidden, they will probably show them at their own media summit later this year, there's no reason to show everything at E3.
Also, aside from FFXIII there wasn't anything big on MS's conference... some games that everyone already knew and they spent half of their time talking about the new Wii-esque interface and party games.. big appeal for the hardcore gamers there
