The last tv tuner I had was on the sega gamegear. It was a good tv tuner but the way they made the screen it hurt your eyes. The one for the DS is digital as well, so if its released in the UK at £30 your getting a bargin.

In the netherlands you will only be able to receive: Nederland 1, Nederland 2 and Nederland 3 for the rest you need Cable or satellite so this will be useless for the Netherlands

No that would count for analog TV only. This thing is for digital TV (On a format that doesn't even work here.).
But if they made this possible here you'd have to think more of the way of Digitenna which can receive all if not more channels than non-digital (wired) TV can. I doubt it would be free though.

I am still confused if I could plug in the RF signals on it that my cable guy provides me. Anyone's help I would appreciate.

Won't work. This is specifically for 1seg. There's nothing remotely similar in western countries. Highly unlikely that anything compatible will be released here... closest we will get is DVB-H, but this won't work with that device.

What CAN'T the ds do?

Decent quality music?

IMO iPoDS and Moonshell provide decent quality music when playing .mp3s. Do they support bitrates up to 320kbps? If so, then the quality should be fine, I've never been an audiophile anyway, so I wouldn't really know.

decent camera is missing, iv seen someone use the offical PSP camera and its really high quality

yet DS/GBA seems to be limited to 1megapixel hong kong vga camera's :/

Going to be absolutely useless in the UK after 2012 since they're going to switch off the analogue TV signal

Digital is nice and I have a nice set top box so I don't mind.
