LOL a DS Phlite
what's the difference between this one and the real one?
It looks like a normal DS board crammed into a different shell.
I wonder if you can install Flashme on it or if it works with normal DS features like download play and such?
its works the same as an original ds my r4 card works fine on it
Do all the feature work? Like download play?
aww god! what the hell is that!
KILL IT WITH FIRE!
yes download and play works
What about Flashme?
It looks like the bottom of an original DS and the top of a DS Lite.
When said like that, could be amusing. Wait, must have some custom bits, since I doubt the hinges and connectors would be the same.
Where did you get this?
So basically its just an refurbished DS console but with a different retarded casing am I right?
More like KILL IT BEFORE IT LAYS EGGS!
The only thing I like on that fake DS is the GBA slot, instead of a GBA cartridge sticking out, it goes all the way in.
i did not try sorry
i joined eachgames and got a $6 coupon and there site had 10% off everything for xmas time so i got it for about $53 with shipping
It's worth a shot
Never mind, I googled. Looks like this has been posted on several forums.
Every time I see a case mod, or some bastard hybrid like this, I start looking at broken DS lites on ebay with the desire to teach myself more on how to fix them.
Then I wander off to make a sandwich, and forget about the whole thing.
If it is just a refurb DS wedged into a new shell I can go it. If it is an actual clone I am quite interested, the custom menu thing though... not sure quite where that falls in the grand scheme of things (actual custom firmware- that is above and beyond what most clone companies do, simple autoboot to program- less so)..
i think it is just an original ds in a ds light style shell
