Gaming Nintendo DS lite not turning on?

I tried to turn on the system with the power switch, but it won't turn on at all. I tried charging it, where the orange light lights up, then lights off. I changed my battery with another spare, but I receive the same outcome. Is this a blown fuse problem or...(hopefully something else with a better solution)?

edit: hasn't even been a year yet <.< and this is the 2nd time i had to send to nintendo because of the SAME problem

mmm....get it fixed by nintendo
well i opend my dsi once(well about 6 times...)and thes a cable that you can pull of and reconnect very easy....maby that cable got of abd you just have tio reconnect it back????????

the two fuses inside blow in them look on youtube on how to fix them,i have done one before but its very fiddly and you need a tri wing screwdriver
