ROM Hack Nintendo DS Action Replay - ad codes

I found some cheat codes for mario cart ds with multiple lines of 16 digit codes. Ex. 6 lines for one cheat.

Do I have to enter all code lines or just one of them?

If you put all of the cheats did it work at the end? And what cheat did you use? I want to enter cheat for Pokemon HeartGold but won't work.
