Hacking Nintendo detecting hacks?

Does anyone know to what kind of hacks Nintendo is detecting? Is it just cheat hacks? or Stuff like Backup Launcher channel?

They're just banning players who are cheating online with ocarina.
HBC, Backup launchers and stuff have nothing to do with it

It's the same thing as cheating or using trainers in online PC games

Obviously you haven't used it for Brawl+ and texture hacking. That stuff is the only reason I use Ocarina.

Well for offline use it could be useful. If the kids want to play for example, you could give them unlimited lives and health.
