As I said, the thing is really good to help Nintendo finding out the needs of their users.. and make better products. Also, the channels has some good stuff people were complaining about cause PSN and XBL had..

And still, people complain about it cause it may end with their piracy.. seriously, stop being selfish.

Wow, my Wii is linked to Mynintendo account, they have my address, name and everything. Even though i never installed any Hacked VC games , i'm not too keen on giving them all my playing information. I guess it means no Nintendo channel for me....

Although, this kinda confirm they that weren't using that information prior to this, that's nice...

Am I correct in thinking that you can unlink your Wii from your Nintendo account? In that case what happens to their records. Do you think they keep a record that your Wii is tied to your name and address?

It wont let me in either. I load it up and right when it gets to the menu where it is supposed to show a video interview a message pops up about internet connection not working when it really does. I mean I can access the shop, internet, and every other channel. Whats going on?!

Not that it matters, the channel looks like a load of shite anyway. I can see videos on Youtube via the internet channel. A waste of blocks I could be filling up with VC games.

Darn, I sent them my information, and I used to have some WADs installed....
I really hope Nintendo doesn't do anything. I only played the WADs for about 2 minutes each, though.

The "Which games were played" part bothers me. Technically, I shouldn't have played SSBB for example, because it's not out in Germany yet. Since it's not even available in PAL, it wouldn't be too hard for Ninty to figure out that my Wii is chipped. Even more so if I've been playing a game that Datel's Freeloader doesn't support (there's a few AFAIK).
I've refrained from installing WADs because I figured that it would be too easy for Nintendo to detect, but this latest development has me worried.

I've caved to installin' wads, and what bothers me now is that on my played games list is "Homebrew Channel", along with the games themselves.
