Hey guys,

yesterday i got a newsletter regarding christmas sale in e-shop. there are some really good offers - but nintendo dont want me to buy some games... i have a nsw with sx os. all my games are legit card dumps of my own collection. but nintendos philosophy to ban people for using homebrew isnt really intelligent i think... i would like to buy the games - but i also want to play them... so if i would try to buy some of the games - but theres a high chance to get a ban and so im not that stupid to risk a ban for buying something...

so please tell me - what does nintendo wants to reach? i mean - i cant buy digital games - so nintendo wastes money... if i buy them retail i cant play them online - so i dont buy any mulitplayer games - nintendo looses money...

is nintendo sooo stupid to not see that they are loosing money for banning people? i dont want to buy a second switch - why should i? the most games are cross-platform games... the most exclusiv games are single player games... so nobody needs nintendo online and nobody wants the bans...

what do you mean is the reason for nintendo to be so strict? cheating? they can also ban certs from the game - why the whole console???

I mean, you are not banned. You can buy the games, you can still play online. You are looking at it from the wrong angle. You just have to ask yourself what is more important, SX OS or saving a few bucks buying legit games.

You are using a piracy tool, doesn't matter for what you use it to. It's your choice, not Nintendo's. It's not Nintendo being stupid.

If you made a clean Nand+boot0/1 backup then you can always re-flash that, buy your game, dump the nsp, re-flash your hacked nand+boot0/1 and then install it.

It's in Nintendo's best interest to ban hackers and they lose nothing by doing so.

It does seem counterproductive to block from the store. After the crazy situations with freeshop and that on the 3ds, and free reign downloading from the CDN on WiiU, you can't blame them though.

It makes since to me you always could get a second swich so you don't have to worry about being banned because that's what I plan on doing,

who said nintendo is a man? ;)

Clearly, Nintendo doesn't want to reach shitters the likes of you. Since you hacked you NSW, you probably have an empty wallet anyway.
of course people are entitled to their own opinions - but if you are going to spew stuff like that on a site like this, maybe you are better suited to a more mainstream gaming site?

my switch is hacked and my wallet's very full (i admit it's because i don't want to get rid of stuff like my old blockbusters card)
