Homebrew Nintendo account banned, can save data be obtained?

My account got banned for reasons I won’t talk about. My save data is on my switch lite and the cloud. Anyway I can get my data back through either official or hackable means?

Not from cloud, but if your switch eventually becomes hackable you could get the data that way. Not sure how you got banned on an unhackable switch though.

oh maybe you have a regular switch? if that's the case you can use edizon or checkpoint homebrew apps

Pretty much the second answer of MythicalData:
You need an unpatched Switch which is still unbanned. Theoretically you only need it "for a moment" to get the job done so a friend's Switch should be fine, you don't even need to buy another one.
Then log into your account, download/install/insert the game, make sure the cloud backup of the save is downloaded to your console and then back it up with Checkpoint/EdiZon (maybe risky) or HacDiskMount (not risky).

MythicalData you can be banned on a unhackable switch quite easily. Try using a stolen credit card or stolen eshop points card and see what happens lol.
