really good for your first go. I have one suggestion:

have some kind of music playing (softly) in the background at all times. Not as loud as you did in the intro, but still there. Otherwise, the review sounds a little quiet. It's OK if you're making a lot of jokes like ashens does but if you're just doing an unboxing music makes it sound a little better and less echo-ey overall. A good example of what I'm talking about is mike mozart's reviews, they always use some music in the background, and it's quieter when he's talking. take this review for example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PUupjGCC0S4

Of course, for a 3DS unboxing you might want to use some nintendo music, possibly a mario song or something (The theme from the original super mario bros, for example - I'm not saying use that one, but SOME kind of nintendo music in the background would certainly complement your review)

Was nice but are you recording on a webcam? Thats usually why it flips.
But sometimes the audio is better on good laptops/computers than on cameras.
Also you say about everything, your like looking at the 3DS and your like.... and an infra red light and you listing everything and you forgot about the lonely sd card or do the stupid australian game places not give you one?

Each day, videogame industry gets more and more serious, videos are being taken down massively. Nintendo isn't a part of that yet but it's better to avoid the risks.

Anyway, I'm not meaning to put him down, but is there actually any reviewers that make profits BEFORE they're recruited to a larger website/team like IGN or gamespot? And look at classic game room - they do it all the time and not a single video gets taken down.

Nah, he's just a kid, I could tell by the voice and the appearance. But as long as you didn't mean to insult the guy, I'm not worried.
