Hardware Nintendo 3DS Macro

Hi, was just thinking about the possibility of creating a 3DS Macro - Just for EMU and things like that.
I have seen this question asked before but those people were instantly shut down with things like "Its more worth it to just not do it" but i was just thinking about this from a possibility kind of view.
Like what hardware modifications would need to be completed to do this?
