I wonder if they will release the exploit before or after there decapping is done. Is that a viable asset to have a fool proof exploit? That what the wait is on right, for them to make their exploit unable to get screwed by Nintendo. For that do they need to have a look at the 3DS eprom deal?

Im pretty sure this is one reason. While they do their research, they are probably looking for a deeper/usable exploit. The Decap MIGHT help with that.

Unfortunately the main reason why the fundraiser is going so slow is because a) People don't know that there are other things similar to paypal. b) Laziness. c) It's being advertised on a site where most of the population have yet to hit the legal age in their country of origin annnndd d) Impatient people don't want to contribute.
