Hacking Nintendo 3ds firmware dump

hello!
I used the homebrew "NDS Bios and Firmware Dumper"with my 3ds E and my r4i GOLD

the files BIOSNDS7.ROM, BIOSNDS9.ROM FW28B42B.BIN are creating
I opened FW28B42B.BIN with free hexeditor neo
and I watched ...
at the end of the file I find the name and description of 3ds!

It's probably the 'emulated' NDS BIOS, with a 3DS flag attached to it. Don't pin me down on this.
(In other words: nothing special that will help 3DS hacking)

The "DS Mode" bios dump was already done, but I don't remember who did it.

Comparing with a real DS, the user saw that there are differences. It's not an exact DS BIOS, there are missing part.
Though, he never mentioned 3DS element in it.

It's certainly to use the 3DS description for DS games needed one (like Animal crossing ?).
So, 3DS part may be stored in the same location than DS mode, both sharing the same one. (or maybe both written at 2 different places)

Edit: and i highly doubt those are the 3DS ones, more then likely the modded DS bios in the 3DS. 4 KB. 16 KB and 128 KB?
