ROM Hack Nintendo 3DS, CIA failed install: Result code: 0xD8E08025

Hello, I have a little problem with the CIA installing. I installed Homebrew, Luma and FBI on my New Nintendo 3DS XL (Version 11.1) like in this guide " https://3ds.guide/de_DE/homebrew-launcher-(soundhax).html ".
But now everytime I want to install a CIA file I got this error:

" Failed to install CIA file.
Result code:0xD8E08025
Level: Permanent (27)
Summary: Invalid argument (7)
Modul: AM (32)
Desc: Invalid NCCH (37) "

Also its just possible to choose between 3 CIA files to install (everytime with the error), the other file i just can rename,delete or copy.

Open the eShop and let it configure. That should fix it.

I opened the eShop in the Homebrew launcher an got this error (as a JPG).
Do I need to install anything befor I can use the eShop right ?

I just tried it with a other SD Card and everything works fine. Thank you for your advice and your Quick answer.

I changed my sd card and actually i can install freeshop but when i launch it all work fine but when he load the game list a few second after it give me an error
