Hardware Nintendo 3DS bugged analog

Hi, i have recently git a problem with my nintendo 3ds (normal version) , when i press power button it boots and then the selction cursor go up, down and right. I have already done teardown for seeing someting in analog or dpad but i didn't see much...

Easy Going through that but that's not the analog that causes this problem, i removed it and now it does it but only until reaches the end of the menu, then it goes normal

I presume you cleaned the contacts?

yes,i have another thing to say, when i go to calibrate the analog it goes all the way right and down and if i move it, it goes barely on the center of the screen when i move it up and left
