ROM Hack NHSE turnip prices not working

Hi everyone!

I have used NHSE for a while now, but lately I can't change turnip prices anymore. Tried to set it to 999'999'999 for the bank trick which worked fine before the last update, so I figured maybe it has been patched out by Nintendo. I then tried to set them to the highest legit price of 990 but this didn't work either. Is this a bug in NHSE or is it simply not possible to manipulate the prices anymore? Does anyone else have this problem?

Works just fine on the app, didnt try nhse but its basically the same

hmmm...thats weird, no matter what I do I can't make it work. So I guess either my NHSE or my save file is broken

Why dont you try the app? Its very useful for turnips, villagers and so on

setting prices for turnips works for me. I use sensible numbers like 500 to 600.
you have to go to your shop and ask for price then leave shop.
exit the game by saving your game.
get your game save.
edit price in nhse
put on new save
do save restore.
restart game and you should see new price.

Sorry to ask here, but I have set up mine on the 999,999,999 and once people go to buy in my island it says that they can’t pay because the person can’t carry all the money. Can someone tell me how i can do this? So people can come and get the 999,999,999. Please help!!

Change every day turnip prices to 999,999,999 (except sunday)
save and close game
Change one day forward (make sure its not sunday)
Let anyone come and pickup 30 turnips
Let them sell it at the nook cranny (it will appear as a -xxxxxxx number
Once they return to their island, done, max bells

This could glitch the achievement of earning many bells (if not unlocked)

You can set the prices to - xxxxxx to give them max bell or maybe 1k since they can only carry 4m bells max at the time

this didn't work for me. they picked up the turnips and were only getting 3900 bells for them

Make sure you changed all days to 99m bells, and also go to the nooks to try and sell the turnips, just to be sure.
I use mobile spawner to change turnip prices at the moment, at all the time works fine

i used the option to set all to 999999999 for every day AM and PM except sunday. hit the set turnips button and just tested it right now and still got the same results. im using mobile spawner btw

Change date to monday, set all to max bells on MS, and try and sell a stack of 30 turnips
