Gaming Newsgroup help...

Ok, I've found a newsgroup that i want to download the files from and I've already located those files. Once I get the NZB file what do I do with it?
I'm using a mac and the newsreader I'm using is 'MT NewsWatcher'. On the setup it asked me for a News Server and Mail (SMTP) Server' what do I type there?

You need a server such as your ISP (if they offer one), giganews, newsdemon, etc.

You can't download otherwise.

Ahh, well.. i called my ISP and they gave me an inmail and outmail mail server.. which do i use for the SMTP? Also, my isp doesnt have a newsserver, are there any free ones around?

There aren't really any free ones out there.
And those mail servers aren't the same thing.

Well, if I got the news server, what would i type for the mail server?
Sorry, I looked through the forum and didn't find an answer.

EDIT: nevermind, 2 more weeks of this semester then ill subscribe to giganews. thanks for the help.
