Hacking Newest Software/Updates

Hi,

I modded my Wii some time ago and now I'm selling it but I need it to be fully updated/modded before it goes. I don't want the buyer to be left in an ocean of questions and having backups/wads/functions not working.

I'm very lost with what the latest IOS, CIOS, essential apps for backups (GC & Wii) and useful apps (MPlayerCE, Starfall, WAD Manager, HBC, DVDX) that are needed to expand my Wii's functionality. I'm expecting the user will just want to play backup Wii & GC games, install/use a few apps from the HBC and install some wads (SF2 Turbo, World of Goo, Bomberman, etc.)

Can someone please reply with what they have installed and of and what they would recommend to have my Wii updated to the max with? Any responses will be added to the list below.

PS: If you find a better or more updated version please reply to this thread (ex. BootMii or Starfall? If those two are even related or one is better than the other...)
PPS: This is for a 3.2U system.

Well, the cIOS rev13 b might be the last released, but if you want the cIOS with the latest features, you have to take rev13(a). A is faster than b and also is compatbile with more games.
