Well looking into it I saw that when a cpu is in your game it can glitch. To make a long question short, Can you download play with anyone who has the same homebrew? I am doubtful yet hopeful.

SSB Clash has multiplayer, but not dowload play, both DS has to have the game, and the options needs to be synched
