Hi I’m Kirsty I’m at a dead end with my switch it needs up dating I’ve done it with the man who has hacked my switch, my daughter can not play on the switch any more it keeps popping up with something different, I’ve pressed something earlier and I’m stressed to death please help

In your switch you have a memory card. Pop that in the computer and take a picture of the files on it and put it on this thread. Also right click on the card on your computer and click properties and send a pic of that as well
