Make a back up, and if that works then you can restore the other files, if that makes the problem come back then just stick with the barebone and re install everything that you need

Maybe there's an issue with the files (it happened to me) try this it's a nice pack that Chaosta did for me, just add the tinfoil installer and you are good to go

So, not getting anywhere fast bud, installed the chaos pack, hit syscfw as described and now have this fatal error.
I have no idea as to what is going on.
Any help appreciated.

whats the OFW that you have?
Whats the fusse/hekate that you are using while injecting with tegra?

Try running the archive bit fix via Hekate.
