Homebrew Newbie questions

Hello, i've just bought a used WiiU and it's hacked,

Does the hack works on another mii on the same WiiU? because I can't install anything (I open the homebrew launcher and it's just a blue screen with bubbles)

If I open HaxChi It loads and then returns to the menu, if i open it pressing "A" its just a black screen with a little "-3" on the top left

I can't play GC games that are alredy on the console (boot.dol not found) but i can play everything else, including every virtual console. It alredy has lots of games.

If I erase the last user account/mii from the WiiU will I lose the hack?

I did not connect it yet, is it safe to? Can I create a nintendo and connect to my MII?

PS: I don't know the guy password so i can't test if it would work on his mii.
