Hi everyone i'm new here. I have a question. I have enso cfw running on my 3.60 vita slim and have pkgi already installed up and running. i download and install games fine from it using public wifi like at starbucks etc. But i just wanted to know if it's safe to download games from pkgi using home wifi like century link because i had a roomate before who had his isp disable his internet for downloading ''roms'' or something. Is that the same situation for pkgi?

Any help / advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advanced! :)

If you stick to visiting https web sites your isp will only be able to see the websites you visit. They won't know what you are downloading or uploading. To completely hide your web browsing you might use a vpn (virtual private network).

And so it's safe to download from pkgi without vpn since they cant see what im downloading anyways?

so sites like rom hustler and emuparadise is safe cus its direct browser download right?
Same with pkgi? does it work the same as a direct download too?

As far as your ISP is concerned, you are connecting to Sony's official content delivery network and downloading the games directly from their servers. They haven't a clue that you didn't pay for the game.

Get that same game from the emulation paradise website and you might have problems.
