You don´t need the wbfs documents but i´m sure that in the Header files and so on you will find much info. Anyway look on Wiibrew.org there are all informations you need.

Thats the litlle problems when you work with an beta Version of an OS I have All programms Tested on my PC`s

1. Windows XP Pro SP3 X86
2. Windows Vista Home Prem X64 UAC OFF
3. Windows Vista Home Prem X32 UAC OFF
