Interesting, I just installed the previous version on my new PS3. It looks like you delete the installer PKG, then install the new installer PKG along with any optional plugins that you want. From there I think there is an option to update your existing webMAN install with the new installer, but I do not know for sure, as I am new to PS3 hacking.

It also looks like there is an update option on the webMAN installer, but I do not know if that will update the installer or the webMAN software itself. If you figure it out, let me know.

Scratch that, there is an option to update webMAN right in the software. Go to webMAN Games > webMAN setup > Update webMAN MOD > Install. It also says that you should only update if you need a new feature or have issues with your current build.
