Hacking New vita 3.15

Got a new vita 3.15, keep getting "need updated" while trying to get into PS store to get the the right app to hack... wondering how can I do it without updating my ps vita? I have no ps3 btw.

you need a ps3, if not you cannot install and eCFW or emulators, you can only access the estore with an uptodate vita firmware..... ps3 to buy and transfer only if you wish to keep your low firmware.
