Yes, those work, however eshop is blocked on 10.3 if you use HANS...

Anyone with a Gateway confirm it's safe?

I just set up my NNid called Nintendo about having parental controls in miiverse not letting me view some channels even though there are no parental controls set up. I have a European 3ds so the USA line I called cannot help me. Then immediately an update not letting me use it. Anyone having parental control issues by chance?

Theoretically, yes, as the Home Menu CIA wasn't changed.

But, I'd wait til someone can confirm, just to be safe.

Yeah, I'd like to know too, especially for N3DS, since the browser had been patched in 10.4

It works, the update fixes an issue where the 3DS causes the SD card to corrupt, don't know what causes it... But apparently it has happened enough to warrant an update...
