i had this issue too. I could never update my wii on 4.2 modded. Lucky me, i had a NAND backup of 3.3U, and I just updated to 4.3u from there. ALWAYS MAKE A CLEAN NAND DUMP!gspawn said:I was going to update to 4.3U after installing the latest HBC, but my Wii won't let me. I don't have disc or online updates blocked, and when I go to update from the Metroid: Other M disc it starts up, I click accept and then the progress bar moves like 1 space and then I get a message saying Wii Update Failed.
If I use the online update, it starts to download and then gives me either an Error 32004 or 32007. I tried to use Waninoko's 4.3b updater, but I couldn't figure out how to get it to run. I was thinking I might try ModMii to see if that works. Also, I don't know if this is related or not, but since I updated to the new HBC, I can't get FTPii to work properly. It loads and mounts everything, and I can start to connect, but while my FTP client is trying to grab the directory list, FTPii says the client has disconnected, and I have to shut down FTPii and restart it before I can even try to reconnect.
Not that it's super important, but can someone tell me why my system won't even let me do the update?
I get this error too with 4.3u. I downgrade the system menu to try to make an official update again and it gives me error 32017. Is it some kind of IOS error, or just the server?zant said:i had this issue too. I could never update my wii on 4.2 modded.
