Anyone tested the trucha bug restoration functions in DOP-Mii or equivalent? I'm curious to see if they've fixed the security hole that let the IOS15 downgrade work...

As for Error 004, has anyone with a SNEEK 4.3 tried to run other homebrew channels or pirated WW/VC? Do they still load, or do they make it spit out #004?

I'm waiting for xfluk to update NUSD.
I'm not updating through Nintendo.

Only thing you might need from this update is ios58 and even then it's been included in xzxeros guide for
awhile now anyway so more then likely you have it already.
Unless your one of those people who have to be on the latest firmware regardless.

I'm still on 4.1
I put so much time into my Wii and it runs perfectly.
If the only thing that is new is an IOS then I can update that without updating the system menu.

I thought boot2 was hardcoded onto somethingymabob and couldnt be overwritten just updated in future hardware updates.

So that's why it asked me to update my Wii when I tried to play games on the Disc Channel. Wow, I softmod my Wii for the first time and an update is released a couple of days later

You're thinking about boot1. If boot2 weren't rewritable how could you install BootMii?

Boot1 can't be updated. HackMii needs an exploit in boot1 to install BootMii to boot2.
