Everyone will call it pink, but Nintendo says it's coral. Preorders open March 7th and so far there is no announcement for the US/EU.

yeah i gotta agree this does look adorable
now play vib ribbon on it and you have the most adorable thing ever
You know, I bought a PS2 Silver (Launch Model), but it doesn't look as nice as the photos were. Still cool, though.

It's sort of like McDonald's, they advertise their burgers in a very professional way, but when you buy them they're quite messy and average looking.

awww damn my daughter wanted a pink switch, such a shame they didn't make a pink one.......oh wait, its pink, you can argue otherwise and start giving hex codes of specific colour shades, but what actually matters is when a kid say "can I have a pink switch" they would be happy to receive this and accept it as pink without saying "urrrghhh what's this, I wanted PINK, this is clearly CORAL!!!!"

It's not orange , but it's not pink . We fick"':Ed big time mixing the ink .
Here's the solution let's call it Coral

tbf Nintendo have always done pretty god with attracting more girls to buy their consoles with things like animal crossing, makes more sense to me than the bright pink PS2 or PSP

American girls just heard its also coming to you in march - page needs updated :D

Well, no wonder: it IS pink. Perhaps nintendo should think of a better color if they want to use fancy names.

News flash: rumor starters don't distinguish between China and Japan.

Yeah it kinda looks close to Light Coral.

Why are you guys even complaining about the naming of a color.
I guess this color is similar to turquoise in the sense that its a mix of two colors.
In case of turquoise it's green and blue. And in case of coral it seems to be orange and pink.

The girl that sits next to me at work saw this on my phone and asked if I'm getting a pink switch
