A database is used to document a lot of the spritedata in NSMBU, to keep everybody caught up. I felt a bit bad keeping it private, but I can log abuse and ban people from it so I've decided to release it. :)

How it works
You simply click on a sprite's id and you edit the spritedata from there. A sprite's data uses nybbles for it's data. It can be 2 nybbles, or 1. You simply document what it does, and that's that.

One thing I do not want to see though, is "sprite done by [name]". nobody needs to know who documented what, please.

It's a good idea... i can help, but my english is so bad ^^...

I can describe here some sprites and you add on data doc if you want...

Exemple:

610 is the scene intro of the start menu. (with mario, luigi, 2 toads, run and jump and title of game)
