Gaming New Super Mario Bros not loading

Hi there

I recently bought a copy of New Super Mario Bros for the DS and i’m having an issue getting it to work

On my 3DS it says no cartridge is inserted and on my DSi i get an error saying “An error has occurred. Press and hold the POWER Button to turn the system off. Please refer to the Nintendo DSi Operations Manual for details.”

I’ve tried turning the wireless off on the DS and cleaning the cartridge and nothing worked
If needed the system firmware the DSi is on is 1.4.5E (No CFW) and the 3DS is on 11.6 (Luma CFW)

There's something wrong with the game card/it's corrupted, you probably have to buy a new copy.

I’ve already got a refund for it as even the seller was unaware that it was damaged/didn’t work

I’ve since got an R4 and have been playing it on there and Newer Super Mario Bros (the rom hack) so this post really isn’t needed anymore
