Stuff we've seen before made the game look like the "press one direction run fast & jump a bit" gameplay of the Rush games, this looks more akin to MD/Mega-CD games. Sadly it still doesn't seem as much fun, kinda too slow. There is a fine line in the MD games that was just right.

Character models need to change, Super Sonic is meant to be awesome and not like it is here. These models remind me of the stiffness on the ones on Sonic Blast Game Gear.

I'm liking the look of Sonic 4 more and more. It seems they're finally getting back to what was so good about the MD games. I'm glad they made Unleashed actually, it was a step in the right direction with the daytime levels, just let down by the Werehog bits.

What did they do to Super Sonic? He's supposed to be uncontrollably fast, now he's predictably slow. Sega you failed.

Looks great. I don't see why everyone constantly bashes this game. The only few things that urk me are how he accelerates too fast (boost jump doesn't help), and the physics are a tad floaty.

Otherwise it's looking fine. Can't wait to play it myself.

It's lookin' okay. It's Sonic, alright.

One thing that continues to bug me is how the camera is positioned so that you see more behind Sonic than in front of him.

Maybe it's just me...

Looks great! I really like the overall look of the game and there seems to be enough platforming, just like there are enough speed sections. Switches, elevators and things like that really remind me of S&K... I like that! In fact, Sonic games IMO were always more fun in the second playthrough, since you get a really great sense of satisfaction and accomplishment, when you get very smoothly through a level (obviously by remembering the obstacles and such)!

Can`t wait to actually getting my hands on this game. Hopefully it won`t be too long...

(I`m not really surprised, that there is no "Yaaaaaaaaaaaay"-shouts for SuperSonic being in-level-playable (since that was something, that seemed to be eagerly demanded by all the "fan-boys), because I got used to it, that the first thing that is being made, when a new Sonic-video or -feature is revealed, is bashing the look of the character model or something along that line)

Lol I wanna know why sega is waiting for Q3 of this year to release it I mean through all the leaks we've seen half off the game lol maybe I just really wanna play it

"Sonic 3D sucks a$$ we want an old 2D Sonic like back in the old days !"

Sega/Dimps makes Sonic 4

"LOL SONIC HAZ GREEN EYEZ game suckzzz"

Honestly, this game looks great and I can't wait to play it (yes, I actually enjoy Sonic games)

I was pretty hyped up about this game, but this is disappointing. It feels like Sonic accelerates really fast, but his maximum speed is pretty slow. Sonic Rush was the exact opposite, and I really liked it.

Still, I'll give this game a chance. If they make a demo and the price is reasonable I'll now if I want to buy it within a minute.

I don't think super sonic is slow, I think it was the dumbass that was playing. Did you see how long it took to complete that level? Ridiculous!

I don't see why people are bitching about this game. I don't expect this to be sonic and knuckles or any other sonic game. If it's fun in its own right, sega has done good. Judging it on the basis of wondering if it's a good game or not, I can say it looks like a fun game. Pretty nice graphics, pretty solid level design, good music. The models look a little stiff, but otherwise pretty good.
