Unless it's a CIA that's able to load it right away (which i doubt) i think the person just skipped the part where you go through the Wireless part.

Well if it's a fake...I have to admit that it would be a good one.
The only thing "suspicous" is the fact that he is loading the eShop version of the game (?) ... so it could be a CFW running a modified Smashbros CIA.

Apart from that I'm pretty sure that Smash Bros. has another exploit in there somewhere
