Homebrew New SD Card

I have a SD card that I can't seem to get rxtools running properly. But I do have another smaller SD card that it works perfect on, is it possible to just transfer all the folders and files on to the bigger card?

With that guide is it necessary to do step 4 and 5? And how do I install fbi into Lumas3ds?

Got it working, didn't read the guide properly. Seems to be working good now. Thanks for your help everyone.

Nope not working. FBI is saying CIA installed but the game doesn't appear on my home screen.
