Yep. It supposedly was delayed at E3 because of technical issues. It's NVIDIA Tegra 2 chip that it features has a maximum ARM CPU clock speed of 1GHz and it had battery issues so it was not shown off at e3. Rumours tell us that it will be showed at the International CES on 6th-9th of Janurary.

( i loled btw that its using the tegra chip, thats what everyone on the 3ds forum thought it was going to be for 3ds)
