The new shiny based on PID code seems to corrupt saves if it's used on a pokemon that are shiny locked. They might want to look into why this is happening.

I used the code on a egg. It hatched shiny (yes this works on eggs!). However the moment I tried it on a Diancie...corrupt save.


I confirmed it's not the game that somehow detects the pokemon that is shiny when it's not suppost to and decides not to load. Something is going wrong with the code generator on their servers. because after doing said change, you can no longer do any further changes as a web operation failed message pops up everytime it gets to the server processing stage. So it fudges up the save file somehow and not even powersaves recognizes it anymore. Good thing I keep the backup option turned on. Just restored the backup from before and it's like it never happened.

Well the only codes I used for OR/AS have worked.
I used the shiny TID code on Kyogre and Gallade.
I also used the Rare Candy x999 code, nothing has been corrupted. I think if you use one pokemon at a time and only one code you should be fine.

They've also added Experience, Cloning, Sex, and Pokerus modifiers, and a 999 Sacred Ash code. Seems the website hasn't updated yet.

I was testing to see what happened when you try buying more Secret Base items after using the code and if you press down after selecting an item to buy and confirm the purchase, you lose all of your money. lmao.

Sent in a request for proper Gen VI Shiny/PID modify code that doesn't change the IVs as it shouldn't in Gen VI. Hopefully they will make the correction.

So this Shiny Charm wondercard gives a working charm? I ask because there was the issue with the Eon Ticket not being activated when delivered by this manner, and don't want a useless charm.

That would be difficult to test, but I'd say it works. The Eon Ticket issue had to do with streetpass data or bit flags or whatever, right?

Sorry for the noob question, but is there anyway to make this software editing Gateway saves? (obviously not for Pokemon, but other games). If not then is there any other save editor that can edit Gateway saves?

powersaves only reads correct crypto saves, broken encryption gateway cart saves won't work with powersaves.

just use savedatafiler & pkhex for your x/y/or/as needs.
