ROM Hack New powersaves 3ds thread

Sorry,Ive been away for 4 days and missed a lot it seems-whats actually happened?!

Basically, at the weekend, IV Codes were introduced to Power Saves that allowed you to edit the IVs of the Pokémon in Box 1 Slot 1 of the PC - you could make them 0 IV, 1 IV, 20 IV, or 31 IV. However, due to the popularity of this code the servers crashed over the weekend. Power Saves wouldn't work for a day and when the servers came back online the IV Codes disappeared - however, the folders for the codes are still there as is an added Nature Code, which points towards them being added again very soon once they work out a way to introduce the codes without compromising the servers again - also, there have been reports of a new code coming out which will make any Pokémon 'Kalos Born' (have the blue pentagon on it).

I do have a question for other though - how long do you think it will take for Datel to put the IV Codes back on? Datel is a UK-based company and I live in the UK as well, and this weekend (including Monday was a Bank Holiday) so I doubt anyone was working then - as it is now Tuesday and coming up to Wednesday, I imagine that it won't be long until something happens! ​

They said it`d be about a week until the codes are back up, just give it some time

It was on their facebook page, someone who worked for Datel posted that they took the codes down due to server overload and nothing else, and to give them at least a week to put them back up )

If you are referring to the Facebook page: "PowerSaves3Ds" and the admin Ruben Jimenez - that group is unofficial and I still haven't managed to get an answer as to where gets his information from also. ​

Good thing Cyber Gadget was released for 3DS. Without it, we would've never got the IV and Nature codes.

Very true-it doesnt bothe rme anymore. I hardly use my Powersave now I have a Cyber Gadget (although it is handy for events and maxing friendship/affection).

Yes, same here, I still use my Powersaves though for backing up my NA games..but that's about it.

Well, that's good they held up their word for the PAL countries. If that means anything, the NTSC codes are coming soon.
