Alright checking if a legit Diancie is on Powersaves in my region, will edit in a minute, as it's July 19th.
Edit: Nope it's still the fake one.

Give them some time, it might take a day or two for them to get it

Where I am now, it's 3:48 in the morn of July 19th. Still no real Diancie yet.

I'm not guaranteeing it, but it would seem more likely to give them enough time to get the legit Diancie Wondercard and implement it into the database.

Datel is always tightlipped about their codes. Their way of announcing future edits is by rolling them out.

Try reinstalling powersaves? Clean your cart contacts? This was the advice given to me when I had the same error. Neither worked for me, but its worth a shot. It sucks, but you might have to wait out the error.
