Update(2006.08.07):SuperCard Software 2.55C Released



# Added an option "Enable patch Cartridge access" for NDS game. If convert NDS games such as like "0512 starfox" at 0 bytes, please select this option. The default setting is unselect for normal NDS games. It improve the compatible of NDS games.

# Fixed the BUG when setting WIFI in the game.

Update(2006.08.03):Software V2.55 and Firmware V1.63 Released


DS roms patch update to 0512.
Fixed 0507, 0511, 0512 can not be convertd problem. 0511 StarFox has a small problem when using fast load mode, but it can be perfect when using full load mode to run.
Some DS roms like 0507, 0512 need more time to be converted. Because it use new convert method to solve the problem.
Software V2.55 need to work with Firmware V1.63.
SAVE file compatible with old version.

Fixed DS game 0451, 0484, 0485 problem.
NDS patch update to 0485.
GBA patch update to 2382
256Mb GBA game can be patched to RESET function, support real time save.

ANyone have any luck with the firmware update? mine stops at 32% and tells me to turn off and try again over and over again and I can't use my supercard to launch games anymore.

PURPLEMUSTANG, you have to set Rom position to Supercard. Right now Starfox doesn't work in Direct mode.

I found the same thing that I got two white screens. You need to wait about 30 seconds for the game to start up.

K, so when I try to apply the SCSD patch (UPGRADE.scu) it immediatly says:

Data Verify Error
Please turn off the GBA

?? Can somebody please tell me what this means? I've got an original DS, Supercard SD and the last FW released (think it was 1.62). Thanks!!

edit: I should note that I've tried the update file (extracted from the archive setupSDV255en.rar) from both eng.supercard.cn as well as supercard.tk and they both have the same result.

I'm using SC CF and I only have to wait 5 seconds

Wow this is pretty scary. Has anyone gotten this upgrade to work? Every single report I'm seeing is of people bricking their supercards.

I think I'll hold off on upgrading mine for a few days...
