I just bought a second hand wii U and registered a NEW NNID on it. the console was reset and completely empty.
eShop told me "dr. kawashima DS" was already bought(???) and I downloaded it. unfortunately I cannot install it due to an error. calling Big N they told me the console was fine, no preregistered account on it and they do not know the reason for this behaviour.
do you think dr. kawashima was banned? but why can I download it then? and why the hell have I bought it when the NNID is fresh and no credit card data was entered by me? any hint is highly appreciated.
