Hacking New Gateway user here (HB and other stuff)

Hi people, new gateway user here, i want to know some simply stuff like:

-Must have homebrew (with link for download if you can)
-Recommended sd card 32gb for the 3ds (for cia stuff)
-Why (in your opinion) i have to unlink the sysnand and emunand

And if you have to tell me something about gateway that i forgot to write over there, simply tell me
